No-Bake Cranberry Granola Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup rice krispy cereal
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Method
 

  1. Place peanut butter and honey into a large microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, until smooth.
  2. Add in oats, cereal, cinnamon, and dried cranberries. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Cut into bars.
