The cauliflower is simmered in a large pot of boiling water. Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Chop cauliflower into florets and place into a large saucepan over medium heat. Cover with water and boil until fork tender. Drain and mash cauliflower with butter, minced garlic, milk, grated parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper using a hand blender until smooth.
