Drain and place into a large bowl. Add in the remaining ingredients and mash using either a potato masher or a hand mixer. Mash until smooth and creamy.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
