- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine butter with powdered sugar until fluffy. Add in the lemon juice, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour, mix until it is fully combined.
- Roll the cookie dough into balls, and flatten each one slightly. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
