Cheesy quesadillas with a jack-o-lantern face makes a fun Halloween themed lunch or dinner. You can customize these quesadillas with any ingredients that you want, such as chicken or you can keep it simple with your favorite cheese. These quesadillas are so simple and quick to cook, but make a fun Halloween meal that the whole family will love.
The jack-o-lantern face is made by cutting out two triangles in the tortilla for the eyes, a smaller triangle for the nose and a mouth. On the tortilla that is not cut out, place cheese or any other ingredients that you would like in your quesadillas. Place the cut out tortilla on top and cook on a large skillet until both sides are lightly browned and the cheese has melted.
Jack-O-Lantern Quesadillas
Ingredients
- 2 tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cut out a jack-o-lantern face in one of the tortillas. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese onto the other tortilla. Place the cut out tortilla on top.
- Cook quesadillas on a large lightly greased skillet until browned, flip and cook until the cheese has melted.
