Honey Mustard Pigs in a Blanket

Quick and easy appetizer using only three easy ingredients. Everyone loves pigs in a blanket for every occasion. But to make them a little different, honey mustard sauce is added to these, giving them a delicious smoky flavor that everyone will love. These would make a great appetizer or snack to serve at super bowl parties, or for any other occasion. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

You only need three ingredients to make these, just a can of crescent rolls, a package of either little smokies, or sliced hot dogs, and some honey mustard sauce. Separate the crescent rolls into triangles, and cut each into three. Evenly spread a small amount of honey mustard sauce on each triangle, and place one little smokie over the sauce. Roll up tightly into a crescent, and bake until the tops are lightly browned.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 package little smokies
  • 1/2 cup honey mustard sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. unroll the crescent roll dough, and separate into triangles. Cut each triangle into thirds.
  • Evenly spread about 1-2 teaspoons honey mustard sauce on each triangle. Place one little smokie on each triangle. Roll up tightly into a crescent.
  • Place onto a large greased baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
