Creamy cold ice cream with a minty winter taste. This delicious creamy peppermint ice cream is so quick and easy to make. It only needs four ingredients and a hand mixer to make. You don’t need a ice cream maker to make this minty ice cream. Crushed peppermint candies are mixed all throughout the ice cream and peppermint extract give the ice cream even more of a peppermint flavor. This ice cream is great for a Christmas in July celebration, or just as a tasty summer treat to enjoy that tastes like winter.

The only four ingredients that you need to make this ice cream are, heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract and crushed peppermint candies. Beat the heavy whipping cream with the mixer until stiff peaks start to form. Fold in the remaining ingredients and pour the ice cream mixture into a freezer safe container. Freeze the ice cream for at least 4 hours before serving.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ( 14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl with a mixer, beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract and crushed peppermint candies.
  • Pour the ice cream mixture into a large freezer safe container. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
