Homemade No-Churn Peppermint Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ( 14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 cup crushed peppermint candies

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl with a mixer, beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract and crushed peppermint candies.
  2. Pour the ice cream mixture into a large freezer safe container. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
