Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 pound chicken, cooked and diced
- 16 oz. egg noodles
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 4 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large stock pot over medium heat. Cook onion, carrots and celery until softened. Add in chicken, egg noodles, basil and chicken broth.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, until the egg noodles are cooked.
