The only four ingredients that you need for these chocolate mints is 2 bags of chocolate chips, a bag of white chocolate chips, peppermint extract, and some green food coloring. One of the bags of chocolate is first melted in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Pour the chocolate into a baking dish. Refrigerate until it is set.
Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave, and stir in the peppermint extract and green food coloring and mix until it is fully green. Pour the mixture over the chocolate layer.Let sit in the fridge until set. Melt the remaining bag of chocolate chips until melted and smooth. Pour over the green layer. Refrigerate until the chocolate is completely set. Cut into squares.

- Pour the chocolate into a 8-inch baking dish. Refrigerate until the chocolate has set. Place the white chocolate chips in another microwave safe bowl.
- Heat in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted and smooth. Stir in peppermint extract and green food coloring. Mix until fully green.
- Pour over the chocolate layer. Refrigerate until the chocolate has set. Place the remaining bag of chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl.
- Heat in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted and smooth. Pour over the green chocolate layer. Refrigerate until fully set. Cut into squares.
