Fudge is one of those desserts that I could never make right, until I made it using the microwave. It only takes about 5 minutes to prepare the fudge, then it sets in the fridge for about 2 hours. For this Christmas themed fudge, molasses, ground cinnamon and ginger are used to flavor it. And it tastes just like gingerbread, topped with sprinkles to make them more festive. Chewy flavorful gingerbread fudge that is perfect for giving as gifts this Christmas.

The prep work for these candies take 5 minutes, place the white chocolate chips into a large microwave safe bowl. Melt the chocolate in 30 second intervals in the microwave, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, molasses, ground cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves. Pour the mixture into a small greased baking dish. If you want to add sprinkles, sprinkle them on before they set. Place the pan in the refrigerator and let it set in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Cut into squares and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two months.
