Place chocolate chips into a microwaveable bowl. Melt in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted.
Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, molasses, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves.
Pour mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with sprinkles, if desired. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut fudge into small squares and store in an air tight container in the freezer.
