Gingerbread Fudge

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • 1 ( 12 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • Sprinkles, optional

Instructions
 

  • Place chocolate chips into a microwaveable bowl. Melt in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted.
  • Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, molasses, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves.
  • Pour mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with sprinkles, if desired. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut fudge into small squares and store in an air tight container in the freezer.
