Method
- Place chocolate chips into a microwaveable bowl. Melt in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, molasses, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with sprinkles, if desired. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut fudge into small squares and store in an air tight container in the freezer.
