Garlic Butter Skillet Corn

This quick and easy side dish is so delicious and goes perfectly with just about any meal. Frozen corn is cooked in a skillet with butter and minced garlic. The corn is lightly browned and slightly crispy with a delicious tasty garlic flavor. The corn is seasoned with parsley for a delicious side dish to serve with baked chicken or meatloaf. The whole family will enjoy this quick and easy corn. 

Butter is first melted in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the minced garlic in the butter until fragrant. Add in a bag of frozen corn along with the salt, pepper, and dried parsley. Cook the corn over medium heat, while stirring with a spatula occasionally until the corn is lightly browned. It should take about 30 minutes until the corn has started to crisp.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 10 oz.) bag frozen corn
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic until fragrant. Add in corn, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  • Cook over medium heat, while stirring for 25-30 minutes, until the corn is lightly browned.
