Garlic Butter Cloverleaf Rolls

Sharing is caring!

Fluffy and buttery homemade bread rolls brushed with a buttery garlic butter after baking. These rolls are made into cloverleaf rolls, perfect for tearing apart. These rolls are a cross between dinner rolls and garlic knots with the delicious garlic butter brushed over them after they are baked. Cloverleaf rolls are my favorite type of bread, because they are so delicious and you can easily pull them apart. These rolls will make the perfect side dish to any dinner, or as a Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner side dish.

The bread dough is made with a simple yeast bread dough, with milk, egg, and butter. After the yeast dough is combined, let it rise in a large bowl until it has doubled in size. Deflate the dough and divide into small balls. Place three balls each into each greased muffin cup. Let them rise for another hour before baking. Bake the rolls until the tops are lightly golden brown. To make the garlic butter, mix melted butter with salt, garlic powder and dried parsley together. Brush evenly over each roll while they are still warm.
