Easy Chicken Vegetable Soup

Cold winter weather means a warm soup for dinner. This quick and easy chicken and vegetable soup is so easy to make, and it only needs 5 simple ingredients to make. You can have this meal ready on the table in less than 30 minutes. There is very little prep time to make this soup, just dump all of the ingredients in a large stock-pot, and cook until everything is heated through. Serve warm with a side bread or grilled cheese sandwiches.

The only five ingredients that you need to make this meal, is some cooked and diced chicken, cans of mixed vegetables, a can of diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning. All of the ingredients are dumped together in a large pot and cooked over medium heat, until all of the ingredients are heated through, it should take less than 30 minutes from start to finish.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken, cooked and diced
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 ( 14 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients in a large stock-pot over medium heat. Cook, while stirring occasionally for about 20 minutes, or until all of the ingredients are heated through.
