Easter Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Balls

Easy chocolate covered peanut butter balls filled with chocolate chips and Easter themed sprinkles. Everyone will love these quick and easy no-bake candies this Easter or spring season. They make the perfect easy treat that is perfect for a last minute dessert.

The peanut butter mixture is started like a classic peanut butter ball dough, except for the addition of chocolate chips and Easter themed sprinkles. Roll the mixture into balls and set onto a plate. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until they are fully melted and smooth. Coat each peanut butter ball in the mixture and set onto a plate. Let sit until they are fully set.

Easter Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2-3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together butter, peanut butter and powdered sugar until a thick dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips and sprinkles.
  • Roll the dough into balls and set onto a plate. Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Coat each peanut butter ball in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Let sit until it is completely set.
