Moist chocolate bundt cake covered with a creamy and sweet chocolate glaze. This cake makes the perfect dessert for any occasion. And it is so easy to make, no mixer is needed to bake this cake. All of the ingredients are combined together in the same bowl. A creamy chocolate glaze is added on top of the cake to add to the chocolate flavor of the cake. Store covered in the fridge until you are ready to serve.

The dry ingredients are all whisked together in a large bowl, followed by the milk, vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla extract until a smooth thick cake batter forms. Pour the cake batter into a greased bundt cake pan and bake until it comes out clean with a toothpick. Let the cake cool for a couple of minutes in the cake pan, before turning the cake upside down onto a plate and allow to cool completely before adding the glaze. To make the creamy chocolate glaze, combine powdered sugar with cocoa powder, milk and vanilla extract, adding in more milk as needed until smooth. Evenly drizzle the chocolate glaze over the cake.
