Double Chocolate Bundt Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ingredients for Chocolate Glaze
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9-inch bundt cake pan, set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and baking soda together.
  2. Whisk in milk, vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour cake batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 45-50 minutes. Let cool slightly before turning over onto a plate. Let cool completely.
  3. For the chocolate glaze, combine powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle glaze over cooled cake.
