Easy and tasty homemade sloppy joes with a delicious classic ketchup tomato sauce. Sloppy joes are a classic dinner for quick and easy meals, but these sloppy joes are made even easier. Cooked ground beef is mixed with all of the ingredients in a slow cooker, and the crock-pot does the rest of the work. Being made in the crock-pot, it cooks slow all day, and then by dinner serve on hamburger buns with a side of chips and a side salad for a quick and easy meal.
To start these sloppy joes, ground beef is first browned in a skillet before adding to the crock-pot. The beef is then mixed with all of the other ingredients, and cooked on low heat for 5-6 hours. Once the sloppy joes are done, serve over hamburger buns. You can also double or even triple this recipe, because the crock-pot makes it very easy to cook meals in bulk.
