Sliced sausage links, red and green bell peppers along with sliced onion are added into a large greased crock-pot. A can of crushed tomatoes is poured over the ingredients and seasoned with oregano, parsley and basil. Cover and let the crock-pot cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours. Ingredients
- 12 oz. sausage links, sliced in 1-inch slices
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 ( 28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients into a large greased crock-pot. Cover and let cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours. Serve over rice or pasta.
