Quick and easy pasta casserole cooked in the crock-pot. This easy and cheesy pasta dish makes the perfect meal for any day of the week. It so simple to put this meal together and let it cook all day. Serve with some garlic bread, or a side salad for a great easy meal that everyone will love.
Only five ingredients are needed to make this crock-pot casserole. Just pasta, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and dried oregano. The pasta is cooked before going into the crock-pot. You can use any small shaped pasta for this, I chose to use rotini pasta. Mix the cooked pasta with the marinara sauce in the crock-pot. Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and dried oregano. Cover with the lid and let cook on low for 3-4 hours.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz. rotini pasta
  • 1 ( 28 oz.) jar marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and place into a large crock-pot. Mix with pasta sauce. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
  • Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Cover and let cook on low for 3-4 hours.
