Creamy Chicken Tater Tot Casserole

Creamy and cheesy chicken casserole topped with crispy tater tots and crumbled bacon. This easy and cheesy casserole is so quick and easy to make. Chicken, green beans, and carrots are mixed with a mixture of cream of mushroom and cream of bacon soup to create a delicious and creamy casserole that the whole family will love. Serve with a side salad and some rice for a cheesy comfort food meal.
For the chicken, you can use leftover or a rotisserie chicken for this meal. Mix the cooked chicken with a can of green beans, carrots, cream of mushroom soup, cream of bacon soup and milk. Spread the mixture out into a greased casserole dish and cover with cheese. Evenly place the tater tots over the cheese in one single layer. Sprinkle cooked and crumbled bacon over the tater tots and bake until the cheese has fully melted and the tater tots are crispy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken, cooked and diced
  • 1 ( 14 oz.) can green beans, drained
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 ( 14 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 ( 14 oz.) can cream of bacon soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ( 32 oz.) bag frozen tater tots
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine chicken with green beans, carrots, cream of mushroom soup, cream of bacon soup and milk.
  • Spread chicken mixture out into a large greased baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and frozen tater tots. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes.
