Ingredients
- 8 oz. elbow noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter

- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups cooked broccoli florets, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Cook garlic until fragrant. Whisk in flour, cook for a minute to brown.
- Pour in milk, cheese, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook over medium heat, while whisking constantly until thickened. Mix broccoli into sauce, mix with pasta.
