Taco Tuesday is one of my favorite dinners. Tacos are so easy to make and they are a delicious meal that your whole family will enjoy. There are many types of tacos that you can make, but classic ground beef tacos are my favorite. They take less than 30 minutes to make from start to finish, perfect for busy week nights. Since the filling is gluten-free, to make it a gluten-free dinner, use corn taco shells or corn tortillas instead of flour tortillas. Serve with rice and beans for a quick tasty dinner.

To make the tacos, start with browning ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Break the meat up as it cooks, cook for about 10-15 minutes, until it is no longer pink. Drain the grease and return the meat back to the skillet. Add taco seasoning, water and hot sauce to the meat. Let cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat, until the mixture is thickened. Serve these tacos in taco shells with all of your favorite taco toppings.

That’s the way I make tacos, all but the hot sauce. Is it good that way? Not too hot?
