Quick and easy Christmas themed s’mores sticks made with only three simple ingredients. It takes just a couple of minutes to make this quick and easy treat. The s’mores are baked using Christmas-themed marshmallows. They would be perfect for a Christmas in July themed party, or for a fun Christmas themed treat. Because these s’mores are baked, you can enjoy these anytime of the year and in any weather.

The only three ingredients that you need for these simple treats are graham crackers, Christmas-themed marshmallows, and some chocolate chips. Half of the graham crackers are placed onto a baking sheet. Place one Christmas marshmallow on each graham cracker, and bake for just a couple of minutes, until the marshmallows start to puff up. Remove from the oven, and place the remaining half of graham crackers over each marshmallow. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until they are fully melted and smooth. Dip each s’mores stick into the melted chocolate and set them onto plates. Let them sit until the chocolate has completely set.

  • graham crackers
  • Christmas marshmallows
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Break the graham crackers in sticks, and place half of them onto a large baking sheet. Place one Christmas marshmallow on each graham cracker.
  • Bake for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining graham crackers.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Dip each s'more stick into the melted chocolate. Set onto plates and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
