Ingredients
- fresh strawberries
- 12 oz. chocolate chips, melted
- 1/4 cup sprinkles
Instructions
- Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted and smooth.
- Place sprinkles into a shallow dish. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate. Then dip each strawberry into the sprinkles. Set onto plates and let set.

yum! I have a similar creation. Called the Mt. McLoughlin after a mtn in Oregon. Cut the tops off the strawberries, hollow them out, fill them with a sweet cream cheese filling. Dip them completely in warmed chocolate. Use some white frosting or leftover cream cheese filling to pipe thin lines of ‘hiking trails’ around the mountain. Chill in fridge. Just before serving, dust with powdered sugar. A treat beyond treats!
