Quick and easy chocolate covered nutter butter cookies decorated with either vanilla frosting or melted white chocolate to make them look like footballs. It is quick and easy to make these simple chocolate covered cookies. They are perfect for a fun no-bake treat to make for a football themed or game day party.

The only three ingredients that you need for these cookies is a bag of chocolate chips, nutter butter cookies, and some vanilla frosting, or melted white chocolate. The chocolate chips are melted in the microwave until they are fully melted and smooth. Fully coat each nutter butter cookie into the melted chocolate, and set them onto a plate. Let the chocolate set completely before decorating. Place either vanilla frosting or melted white chocolate into a piping bag and decorate each cookie with the frosting in a football pattern.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • nutter butters
  • vanilla frosting

Instructions
 

  • Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Use a fork to fully coat each nutter butter cookie into the melted chocolate. Set the cookies onto a large plate, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
  • Place the frosting into a piping bag, and decorate each cookie in a football pattern.
