Quick and easy homemade white chocolate fudge filled with chopped cherries. No baking is needed to make this simple candy, just a large bowl and a microwave. And you only need four easy ingredients to make it. This easy homemade candy would make the perfect treat to make for Valentine’s day, Christmas, or any other holiday or occasion. Everyone will love the sweet cherry flavor combined with the white chocolate.

The only four ingredients that you need for this homemade fudge is a bag of white chocolate chips, a can of sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract and chopped cherries. The white chocolate is melted in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. The sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and cherries are mixed into the melted chocolate. Spread the mixture into a baking dish, and let it sit in the fridge until the candy is completely set. Cut into squares and serve or freeze until you are ready to serve.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • 1 ( 14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 oz. Maraschino cherries, drained and chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place white chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted and smooth.
  • Stir in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and cherries. Spread mixture into a baking dish.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Cut into squares.
