Quick and easy cheese ball bites made into a mini bite sized version. Instead of the cheese ball in one big ball, these mini cheese ball bites are portioned into individual balls and topped with a pretzel stick to easy serving. Cream cheese is mixed with shredded mozzarella cheese and seasonings before being rolled into mini balls. They are then rolled in more shredded mozzarella cheese and topped with a pretzel stick. These easy bites make a fun Christmas appetizer to serve this year.

To make the cheese ball mixture, softened cream cheese is combined with shredded mozzarella cheese and seasonings. Refrigerate the cheese ball mixture for at least one hour, until firm enough to handle. Place the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese into a shallow dish and roll the cheese ball mixture into bite sized balls. Roll each cheese ball bite in the shredded mozzarella cheese and place a pretzel stick on the top of each bite. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
