Cake Mix Hot Chocolate Blossom Cookies

Sharing is caring!

Soft and chewy chocolate cookies started with a box of chocolate cake mix. These cookies are so quick and easy to make, no mixer is needed. The ingredients are mixed together in the same mixing bowl. These chocolate cookies are filled with white chocolate chips and mini marshmallow bits, and topped off with a chocolate kiss. These cookies are perfect for baking during the winter, because the chocolate and marshmallow makes them taste like hot chocolate.

The cookies are easy to make in one large mixing bowl. A box of chocolate cake mix is combined with eggs and vegetable oil until it is smooth. White chocolate chips and mini marshmallow bits are folded into the cookie dough. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet and bake until they come out clean in the center. Once they are out of the oven, place one unwrapped chocolate kiss on top of each cookie. Let cool completely on a cooling rack before serving.
