  • 1 ( 16 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallow bits
  • chocolate kisses

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips and marshmallow bits. Using a cookie scoop, place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.
