Soft and chewy chocolate cookies filled with white chocolate chips and dried cherries. All started from a box of chocolate cake mix. These easy cookies only use five simple ingredients, and you need just a couple of minutes of prep time to make them. Everyone will love these soft and chewy chocolate cherry cookies for any holiday or occasion.

The only five ingredients that you need is a box of chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, white chocolate chips, and dried cherries. All of the ingredients are mixed together in a large mixing bowl. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cherries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cherries.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
