Cake Mix Chocolate Cherry Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cherries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cherries.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
