  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cherries

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cherries.
  2. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
