These oven roasted green beans are crispy and slightly spicy with Cajun seasoning. Only three ingredients are needed to make this quick and easy side dish. Roasting vegetables are my favorite way to cook them because it is very hands off. You prepare the vegetables and mix them with olive oil and seasoning. Then the oven does the rest of the work. These green beans are great to make for a Mardi Gra dinner with a Cajun theme. They are also perfect to enjoy any time of the year as an easy weeknight side dish.

These green beans are crispy with a delicious seasoning. Just fresh green beans, olive oil and Cajun seasoning are used to make them. Before the green beans are cooked, the ends need to be trimmed off. Mix the green beans with olive oil and Cajun seasoning in a medium bowl. Spread the green beans out into a baking dish and roast in the oven until the green beans are crispy.
