Cajun Air-Fried Pickles

Crispy pickle slices cooked in the air-fryer and seasoned with Cajun seasoning. Everyone will love these easy pickle slices for a delicious crispy appetizer to serve for any meal. Serve with a side of ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.

The pickle slices are breaded in a mixture of egg and milk, then coated in a mixture of cornmeal, flour, and Cajun seasoning. Place the breaded pickle slices into a greased air-fryer in batches and cook until they are lightly browned and crispy.

Air-Fryer Cajun Pickles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • pickle slices

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air-fryer to 400 F. In a shallow dish, combine egg and milk. In another dish, combine flour, cornmeal, and Cajun seasoning.
  2. Coat each pickle slice into the egg mixture, then coat in the flour mixture. Air-fry in batches for 8-10 minutes.
