Cajun Air-Fried Pickles

Crispy pickle slices cooked in the air-fryer and seasoned with Cajun seasoning. Everyone will love these easy pickle slices for a delicious crispy appetizer to serve for any meal. Serve with a side of ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.

The pickle slices are breaded in a mixture of egg and milk, then coated in a mixture of cornmeal, flour, and Cajun seasoning. Place the breaded pickle slices into a greased air-fryer in batches and cook until they are lightly browned and crispy.

Air-Fryer Cajun Pickles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • pickle slices

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air-fryer to 400 F. In a shallow dish, combine egg and milk. In another dish, combine flour, cornmeal, and Cajun seasoning.
  • Coat each pickle slice into the egg mixture, then coat in the flour mixture. Air-fry in batches for 8-10 minutes.
