Juicy tender pork chops crusted with a sweet brown sugar crust. These baked pork chops are so quick and easy to make, with a brown sugar and paprika crust over them. These pork chops are baked in the oven until they are juicy and tender. The pork chops take five minutes to prepare for a quick and easy weeknight meal.
You can use either bone in or boneless pork chops for these. First rub olive oil over the pork chops, then fully coat both sides of them in a mixture of brown sugar, garlic powder and paprika. You can add in any other seasonings that you would like, such as some dried herbs like rosemary or oregano. Place the crusted pork chops onto a greased baking sheet and bake until the pork chops are tender and no loner pink.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 F. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, garlic powder and paprika. Rub olive oil over both sides of each pork chop.
  • Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with the brown sugar mixture. Place pork chips onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
