This quick and easy snack is healthy, and can easily be made vegan by substituting the chocolate chips for vegan chocolate instead. It takes only a couple of minutes to prepare these treats. And you can store them in the freezer for a quick and delicious snack any time that you want.

The only three ingredients that you need are bananas, peanut butter, and chocolate chips. Peanut butter is placed onto half of the banana slices and sandwiched with the other half of banana slices. Freeze until they are set. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted and smooth. Dip each peanut butter banana bite into the chocolate. You can either fully coat the bites in chocolate, or you can dip half of it into the chocolate. Set onto plates and freeze until the chocolate has completely set. Store in a freezer bag in the freezer until you are ready to serve.
