The chocolate is first melted in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval until fully melted and smooth. Pour the melted chocolate into a baking dish and sprinkle the crushed oreo cookies evenly over the chocolate. Refrigerate the bark until the chocolate has completely set.
