Quick and easy cookies and cream bark made with only two simple ingredients. No baking is required to make this simple candy. Melted white chocolate is topped with crushed Oreo cookies to create a classic cookies and cream flavor. You can either store this candy in the fridge for up to two weeks, or in an airtight container in the freezer for up to three months.
The only two ingredients that you need to make this easy candy is white chocolate and crushed oreo cookies. The chocolate is first melted in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval until fully melted and smooth. Pour the melted chocolate into a baking dish and sprinkle the crushed oreo cookies evenly over the chocolate. Refrigerate the bark until the chocolate has completely set. Break into bars and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

  • 10 oz. white chocolate
  • 10 oreo cookies, crushed

Instructions
 

  • Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted and smooth.
  • Pour melted chocolate into a baking dish. Sprinkle crushed oreo cookies on top. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, until the chocolate has set. Break into bars.
