Quick and easy bread rolls stuffed with mozzarella cheese and brushed with a buttery garlic butter. And sprinkled with grated parmesan cheese. These rolls make the perfect side dish or appetizer for soup or pasta along with a side salad. These rolls are warm and cheesy and so quick and easy to make. You can use a premade pizza dough to save time on this dish.
You can either make your own pizza dough for these, or you can use a premade dough instead to make these rolls even easier. Divide the prepared pizza dough into equal sized pieces of dough and wrap each piece around a cube of mozzarella cheese. You can also choose to use any other type of cheese for this instead of mozzarella, such as cheddar to go with a bowl of tomato soup. Brush each ball of dough with a mixture of butter, salt, and garlic powder, and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Bake until golden browned.
