- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, oats, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl using a mixer, beat softened butter with brown sugar until fluffy.
