Crispy oven-roasted brussels sprouts crusted with grated parmesan cheese. These brussels sprouts are a quick cheesy side dish that is perfect for every meal. There is no need to pre boil the brussels sprouts before cooking, because they cook perfectly through when they are oven-roasted. I like to serve these vegetables with chicken and a side of pasta for a quick weeknight meal.
To prepare the brussels sprouts, cut the ends off of them and cut them in half. Place the brussels sprouts in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Those are the seasonings that I chose for these, but you can season it any way you want or even add dried herbs for a more Italian taste. Spread the brussels sprouts out into a baking dish. Roast in the oven until the brussels sprouts are crispy and tender.
