Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound fresh brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Cut ends off of brussels sprouts and cut in half. In a medium bowl, mix brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Spread brussels sprouts out into a baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
