The only three ingredients that you need is a bag of chocolate chips, Andes mints, and M&Ms. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Spread the chocolate into a baking dish. Top with chopped up Andes mints and M&Ms. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set. Break into pieces and serve.
