The only five ingredients that you need is a box of yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, espresso baking chips, and Rolos. All of the ingredients, except for the Rolos are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each piece of cookie dough, and cover with more cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the espresso chips.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Rolo on each piece of cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
