The only four ingredients that you need is butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and a bag of white chocolate chips. The butter is mixed with peanut butter and powdered sugar until a thick dough forms. Form the peanut butter mixture into egg shapes, and freeze them while you melt the chocolate. Melt the white chocolate chips in a large microwave-safe bowl until it is fully melted and smooth. Fully coat each peanut butter egg into the melted chocolate. Set them back onto a large plate, and let them sit until the chocolate has completely set.
White Chocolate Peanut Butter Easter Eggs
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together butter with peanut butter until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar until it is fully combined.
- Roll the mixture into small egg shapes, and place onto a large plate. Freeze for at least 20 minutes. Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Use a fork to fully coat each peanut butter egg into the melted chocolate. Set them back onto plates, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
