White Chocolate Peanut Butter Easter Eggs

Easy classic peanut butter balls for Easter. They are shaped into Easter egg shapes, and covered in melted white chocolate. These easy candies taste just like a classic white chocolate Reese’s egg. Everyone will love these easy candies this Easter.

The only four ingredients that you need is butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and a bag of white chocolate chips. The butter is mixed with peanut butter and powdered sugar until a thick dough forms. Form the peanut butter mixture into egg shapes, and freeze them while you melt the chocolate. Melt the white chocolate chips in a large microwave-safe bowl until it is fully melted and smooth. Fully coat each peanut butter egg into the melted chocolate. Set them back onto a large plate, and let them sit until the chocolate has completely set.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together butter with peanut butter until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar until it is fully combined.
  • Roll the mixture into small egg shapes, and place onto a large plate. Freeze for at least 20 minutes. Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Use a fork to fully coat each peanut butter egg into the melted chocolate. Set them back onto plates, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
