In a large bowl, mix together butter with peanut butter until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar until it is fully combined.
Roll the mixture into small egg shapes, and place onto a large plate. Freeze for at least 20 minutes. Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
Use a fork to fully coat each peanut butter egg into the melted chocolate. Set them back onto plates, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
