White Chocolate Peanut Butter Easter Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips

Method

  1. In a large bowl, mix together butter with peanut butter until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar until it is fully combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small egg shapes, and place onto a large plate. Freeze for at least 20 minutes. Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  3. Use a fork to fully coat each peanut butter egg into the melted chocolate. Set them back onto plates, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
