Just five ingredients are needed to make this soup. All that you need is one pound of ground beef, crushed tomatoes, beef broth, a bag of frozen vegetables and Italian seasoning to make this meal. The ground beef needs to be cooked first in a large saucepan until it is no longer pink. Drain the grease from the beef and return it to the stove. Add crushed tomatoes, beef broth, frozen vegetables and Italian seasoning to the beef and let the mixture simmer until the vegetables are heated through.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 ( 28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 bag frozen vegetables
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a large saucepan over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain grease and return meat to saucepan over medium heat.
- Add in crushed tomatoes, beef broth, frozen vegetables and Italian seasoning. Continue to let soup simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
