For the cookie dough, the only ingredients that you need is a box of strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil, mix all of the ingredients together until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Remove half of the cookies, and place one marshmallow followed by one heart shaped chocolate onto each cookie. Bake for just a couple of minutes to soft the chocolate. Remove them from the oven, and sandwich with the remaining cookies.
Strawberry Cake Mix Cookie S'mores
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box strawberry cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- marshmallows
- heart shaped chocolates
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Place one marshmallow onto half of the strawberry cookies. Place one heart shaped chocolate over each marshmallow. Bake for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the oven, and sandwich with the remaining strawberry cookies.
