Strawberry Cake Mix Cookie S'mores
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box strawberry cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- marshmallows
- heart shaped chocolates
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Place one marshmallow onto half of the strawberry cookies. Place one heart shaped chocolate over each marshmallow. Bake for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the oven, and sandwich with the remaining strawberry cookies.
