Quick and easy chocolate cups that are perfect to make this St. Patrick’s day. It is so quick and easy to prepare this easy treats, and no baking is needed to make them. You just need three simple ingredients for these treats, they make a simple and tasty last minute treat to make for a fun holiday treat.

The only three ingredients that you need is a bag of white chocolate chips, green food coloring, and green sprinkles. The chocolate chips are melted in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Then the green food coloring is added into the melted chocolate until it is fully green. Divide the melted chocolate between paper muffin cups. Top with the green sprinkles, and let sit in the fridge until the chocolate is fully set.

  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • green food coloring
  • green sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in green food coloring and mix until it is fully green.
  • Evenly divide the melted chocolate between paper muffin cups. Sprinkle with the green sprinkles. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set. Unmold from the cups.
